EFT or ’emotional freedom technique is a form of therapy that’s very similar to acupuncture in that it involves physical contact with typical acupuncture points or ‘meridians’. Instead of needles though, the practitioner and the client ‘tap on’ these specific points while the client hones in on a particular feeling, thought or image. Over time, it will help with both negative feelings as well as negative sensations. But how to do it? That’s where I come in. Through my Zoom sessions, I can help you pinpoint whatever you’re hoping to resolve, gauge its strength and relay countermeasures should fear or reluctance hold you back from facing it and dealing with it. I can also teach you which points of the body are central when it comes to the tapping process. Over time, either with me or through your own actions, the intent is to nullify the specific emotion or sensation so that it’s no longer an issue for you.
